WELCOMING THE TORCH

Premier Gordon Campbell welcomed the Olympic torch in Victoria, British Columbia, to begin a journey across the country to light the way for the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. It's a journey that will last 105 days, cover 45,000 kilometres and that will directly pass through over a thousand communities across Canada
