New Hospital, New Access to Health Care
Premier Campbell celebrated a milestone in the history of health care in British Columbia with the official opening of the new Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre. The 300-bed facility is nearly three times the physical size of the MSA Hospital. It has been designed and constructed to minimize the impact on the natural environment and the facility is expected to consume nearly 40 per cent less energy.
