A Legacy for the Community
Premier Campbell helped open the Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic Centre on February 19. Ceremonial rock throws inaugurated the site of the curling and wheelchair curling competitions for the 2010 Winter Games. After the Games, the venue will convert to a sport and recreation complex featuring an aquatic centre, community centre, library, rink and curling club.
