A New Team to Combat Climate Change

Premier Campbell announced the 22 members of British Columbia's Climate Action Team on November 20. The team has some of the province's best minds, including nine world leaders in the climate sciences. The group will help the government to aggressively reduce British Columbia's greenhouse gas emissions by 33 per cent by 2020 and will identify further actions in the short and medium term. The team will have until July 31, 2008 to do their work.
