Mining for Miracles
Premier Campbell took part in 'Mining for Miracles' in Vancouver on May 17. The event is organized by the mining community and raises money for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. The Premier also announced the Province will contribute $7.5 million to the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at UBC to help meet the demand for skilled workers in the mining industry.
