Creating Sustainable Mining
Premier Campbell gave the keynote address at the Mining Climate Action Meeting in Vancouver on January 25. The meeting was the second of five sectoral symposiums to discuss greenhouse gas emission reduction strategies. Premier Campbell, Energy and Mines Minister Richard Neufeld, and Minister of State for Mining Kevin Krueger met with representatives of the mining sector to discuss ways they will work with the Province to meet its climate action goals.
